Shipping within Canada

$10 flat-rate shipping across Canada. Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD. Rates and eligibility are confirmed at checkout.

Made-to-order production

Our products are made to order. Please allow a minimum of 7 calendar days after your purchase date for production before your order ships. Shipping time is additional. Production may take longer depending on the item and order volume. This is a minimum production time, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.

Transit times vary by destination. We send tracking details when available. For a delivery estimate or an overdue parcel, contact breanne@crownandcinder.ca.

Exchanges & store credit

For standard, non-personalized apparel, request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery (or purchase for in-person sales). Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odours and in original condition. Trying an item on is fine. Include your order number or proof of purchase.

Email breanne@crownandcinder.ca for approval and return instructions before sending an item back. Ship the approved return within 14 days of approval. Exchanges are subject to availability; if a replacement is unavailable, we will offer store credit. Change-of-mind returns are eligible for exchange or store credit, rather than a cash refund.

Return shipping

For size changes and change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping and shipping for the replacement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Use tracked shipping and retain your receipt.

Personalized, custom & clearance items

Personalized and one-off custom orders are final sale for change of mind or customer-selected sizing. Clearance items are final sale only when clearly marked before purchase. Standard author collaboration designs follow our regular apparel exchange policy. These exclusions do not apply to defective goods or order errors.

Damage, defects & incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, email us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary shipping costs. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit defect claims. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions are not manufacturing defects.

Processing

We issue approved store credit within five business days after receiving and inspecting your return. We confirm exchange timing by email. Approved refunds for defects or order errors are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

This policy does not limit your rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.
